We hope your visioning journey continues to delight and inspire you. We walk with you in this to guide and support your visioning journey. Often, we see you as a weary traveler on this journey. There are so many sights you hope to see, and you attempt to take them all in as quickly as you can. Yet, this process cannot be rushed. This process best supports you as it unfolds naturally. Yet what is the natural process of all this?
Truth is, what is natural for you may not be natural for someone else. We hope to normalize all of it so no matter what your strong suit – spiritual sight and insight or sensing and feeling to knowing and understanding. All have value and all lead to the same destination: Awareness in the Highest Octave.
Those things you do to support yourself, meditation, walking in nature, prayer, music – those sorts of things – support this journey. It is within this sense of expanded awareness that visions (insights brought to the 3rd eye) happen. Though spontaneous visions may occur out of the blue and unexpectedly, visioning usually happens intentionally. Our guidance enhances this intentionality.
So, let’s discuss your intent. What is your intent? What situation requires insight today? In what way could you be a blessing to another? How might you further explore and expand your visioning? Whatever your intent, find it and focus upon the intent.
Intent holds great power. Without intent, the spiritual world swirls and moves without hurry or direction. With intent, the spiritual world lines up to deliver what is needed or necessary immediately.

The world’s chaos tends to drive our intent into the background. We learn that what we desire holds little interest to the world in general. Yet, the spiritual world awaits your clear intent!
Let us choose an intent for our discussion to give you the opportunity to notice the intent and begin to awaken to its power and possibilities. We select: How might you further explore and expand your visioning?
With this intent, notice your body. Does it feel tight? Relax it. Notice your 3rd eye. Does it feel relaxed and awake? How does one relax and awaken their 3rd eye of awareness? Take a deep breath. Tap the 3rd eye area 3-5 times while counting the taps. This action activates the 3rd eye and activates the brain/mind to notice more deeply. With another deep breath, feel the 3rd eye expand and send a beam of energy out about 3 to 5 feet in front of you – like a beacon or a flashlight. You will “see” something come to your attention whether it is a physical object standing out or you will “see” something in your mind’s eye.

What does this object do in real life? A pair of glasses nearby may catch your attention. To discern what that object means to you, explore in your mind what the purpose of that object might be. Glasses help one see more clearly. Mindfully put on “spiritual glasses” and try the process again with a new intent. Did you “see” a glass of water? Water refreshes the whole being. What is something that you could do to refresh yourself – go do this and then try the process again with a new intent.
Whatever object you are drawn to notice or that appears in your awareness, ask yourself: What does this object do? What is its purpose? Apply that spiritually. The more you do, the more you’ll get the hang of it. You are learning a new language. You are learning the language of Spirit.
