Discomfort‑to‑Destiny Reflection Exercise
Start by noticing where discomfort shows up in your outer world, then discover the divine qualities you’re here to express — and how to apply them for change.
Step 1 — Spot the Discomfort Clues
Write three situations where you find yourself saying, “This shouldn’t be this way,” or “There’s got to be a better way.” These are clues to where your heart is already engaged.
Step 2 — Receive Three Divine Attributes
Click the button to draw three attributes of God (from your community’s list). You can reshuffle if you’d like a new trio.
Step 3 — See the Connection
How could these three qualities speak into — or be applied to — the discomforts you listed in Step 1?
Step 4 — Choose a Symbol for Each Quality
Symbols bypass doubt and speak to the heart. Choose an image or metaphor for each attribute to keep it present in daily life.
Quality | Symbol / Image / Metaphor |
---|
Step 5 — Keep Them Visible
Place your symbols where you’ll see them (journal, vision board, desk, phone wallpaper) to keep your calling front and center.
Step 6 — Take the Next Right Step
You don’t need the full plan. Stay open, take small steps, and live out these qualities to help heal the discomforts you identified in Step 1.
