HeartFire! — Guided Meditation Quiz
“I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.” — Isaiah 57:15

For each question, click the answer that resonates with you now. At the end, you’ll receive an affirmation reflecting the symbolism of your journey.

Let’s take a walk in your imagination. You step onto a quiet forest path leading to a rustic cabin. The air is calm and alive with possibility. As you walk, notice the path beneath your feet and the life surrounding you.

1) On your walk through the forest, what season do you notice?

As you follow the winding path, the forest begins to quiet. The air grows still, and a sense of peace settles around you. Ahead, through the trees, you notice a soft golden glow. Drawn by its warmth, you step closer until a small cabin appears among the trees, welcoming and safe, like it’s been waiting just for you. You open the door and step inside. You find a comfortable chair next to a sturdy stove and sit down.

Beside the stove rests a basket filled with slips of paper. You realize they hold words representing burdens, regrets, and sorrows collected over time. You may add your own, or simply notice that the basket already holds all that you’re ready to release.

When you feel ready, open the stove door and place the slips into the fire. Watch the flames rise and carry your burdens away. Let the sparks of Divine Love touch you, and feel blessings begin to flow gently into your heart.

2) When you leave the cabin, what season do you notice?

When you feel complete, step outside. Notice again the season that surrounds you.

3) As you return through the forest you are joined by an animal guide. Which animal walks with you?
