Your ignited awareness, your expanded awareness – stands ready to receive the visioning experiences. Yet, the mental part of your awareness holds doubt, worry, and distress. This is normal and natural, so just allow this to be for now.
Your mental part also holds open curiosity, willingness and delight as these energies come from the choice of being present and aware right now. This is also normal and natural, so just allow this to be for now.
These perspectives need not obstruct one another. Just allow yourself to be exactly where you are in this moment. Visioning does not require perfection.

Imagine a juicy, red apple. Did you see it in your mind’s eye? Was it whole? Did it have a bite (or two) taken out of it?
Your imagination, whatever it served up for you, offered you a vision. It did so instantly! Noticing the symbolism of what you received grants you deeper understanding.
Visioning carries with it not only the visual itself, but the understanding of the visual received.
Some people have limited visioning experiences because their minds utilize words or conceptual thoughts primarily rather than visual imagery. The more one utilizes visual imagery, the easier visioning becomes.
Imagine a horse.
The kind of horse you see offers you insight into what your own soul and Divine Source would like you to know right now.
Was the horse wild and free standing out in an open range? Was it alone or with others? Was it running or eating or watching? Was the horse saddled and ready to get to work? Was it in the barn ready to be saddled up? Was it ready for hay and a brush down before resting?
Whatever the horse was doing directly communicates to you exactly where you are right now in your spiritual journey! Or exactly what is necessary for your next spiritual step.
Are you wild and free? Time to let some distresses go. Were you alone? Time to find time to be clear by yourself. Were you with others? Time to find your true tribe of like minds for support and encouragement. Were you eating? Time to nourish your spiritual soul with prayer, meditation, or other spiritual practices. Was the horse watching? You are ready for more information and are in tune with the awareness process. You are READY!! Was the horse running? Time to take action in a positive direction. Don’t know what action to take? Slip into the vision again and watch the horse further. Where is it going? Is it just feeling free or is it going somewhere? Notice as this may have deep spiritual significance for you.
Was the horse saddled? This indicates you have spiritual tools at hand and you are ready to do the work you came here to do. Was the horse ready to receive its saddle? You are ready for more information. Was it ready for hay and a brush down? Time to rest a bit. You may require self-nurturing prior to taking on anything new.
Even a brief visual holds visioning information.
Let’s take this a step further. Take a breath. Become curious and willing. (notice doubt may be on the sidelines – that’s totally okay. Allow it to be there.) Now, ask (your Higher Self and Divine Source) to show you a symbolic object that represents important spiritual information for you now. Close your eyes and see what shows up in your awareness. Nothing shows up? Give yourself a moment and repeat the process. The mental construct of the mind may be used to processing information differently and takes a bit to shift gears. Try one more time if necessary. If still nothing comes, thank your mental construct for serving you well in your other tasks and ask it to step further to the sidelines. This mental construct is that part the helps you discern the meaning of your vision, so this part of your mind holds great importance. Yet, it may hinder the visioning process. Trust, allow, honor and be at peace in this process. Once you receive your visual, ask your mental construct to discern for you the meaning of the vision.
Still not receiving the vision? Go back and repeat the apple process and the horse process. Rest and try again later if necessary.
This process holds great simplicity yet may be like an untrained puppy – unable to come when called. With time and patience, your visioning mind will come when called and deliver delightful visions for you!
