We welcome you once again into the Chamber of Love and Light.
When we said those words, Chamber of Love and Light, what did you see? Did the written words conjure up a mental picture or an emotional experience or both?
Visioning is the spiritual process of translating spiritual messages delivered in symbolic form into an understood experience of the message. Let us say this another way. When we say to you the word dove, you may have the visual image of a dove floating into your mind or the feeling of peace may enter your being. Or you may experience both.
The more symbolic words you read the more images appear in the mind’s eye. The more images appear in the mind’s eye, the more we can stitch them together and bring to you a flow of images in the form of a vision.
Let us practice this.
We will write a word. See this word as its symbolic image in your mind’s eye. Then experience the feeling this symbolic object brings to you. This is visioning!
Bird of Prey: What do you see? A hawk? An eagle? An owl? (something else?) Is it flying or perched? How does that image feel to you? Powerful? Observant? Uplifted?
Know this: Whatever you see and feel will become for you a symbolic link from Divine Spirit to you. This begins to create within you a language of symbolism. The Language of Spirit is symbols so having a library of symbols with which to receive messages holds great importance to you.
Dolphin: What do you see? Swimming? Breaching? Vocalizing? How does that image feel to you? Joyful? Fun? Communicative?
Cat: What do you see? Housecat? Lion? Tiger or something else? What is that cat doing? Sleeping? Hunting? Playing? How does that image feel to you? Relaxed intensity? Searching? Joyful?
Now, with this practice of imagery and feelings, notice a question upon your heart right now. What are you dealing with? You are not alone! Divine Spirit is right here to help! Ask for guidance regarding what is on your heart right now.
For example, what would be good for me to know about my health? Then, breathe, relax and allow a visual to come to you. It may take a moment or two. It may come to you in a dream within the next day or two. Trust that this information will be transmitted to you symbolically and relax into the process. Whatever symbolic object you receive will have powerful spiritual information for you regarding the issue on your heart right now.
For now, specifically focus on one situation.
Know this, sometimes, the visioning process happens in the real world in real time! You may see a hawk in the next day or two – not in a vision, but in real life!! To Spirit it is the same. The vision and reality are the same spiritually. So, pay attention to the world around you as well as to your thoughts and insights (in – sights!)
Play with this by adding more imagery to your spiritual library.

Travel: what image/feeling?
Rest: what image/feeling?
Home: what image/feeling?
Collect at least 10-20 words and corresponding images/feelings for now. As you build your Spiritual Symbolic Library, you grant Spirit greater opportunity to reveal to you powerful visions.
