You've heard, "That which you resist, persists."
And perhaps you've heard, "That which you fear, will appear."
We say to you, "Your frustration begets your destiny." Yes, we noticed that it doesn't rhyme. Yet, it holds great truth for you.
So often, we notice that you become frustrated with life or life's circumstances. We rejoice in this! Not because you are frustrated or that you feel an unpleasant feeling, no. Rather we rejoice because you've just tasted part of why you are here!
Let us explain. If there wasn't an ocean, Columbus would not have been compelled to cross it. If there hadn't been hatred, Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King wouldn't have stepped up into the light of truth to expose it.
You view your frustrations as, well, frustrating. Blocks. Things to resent. Things to grumble about.
We view your frustrations as opportunities for you to find a better way!
There is a better way! You, in human form, get to find it, activate it, share it, live it.
With the smaller frustrations, you get to create a better you.
With bigger frustrations, you get to create a better world.
So, look at what isn't right or doesn't feel supportive or blissful. How could you make that better? Once you begin to look at frustrations in this new way, you will see your energy level rise and your enthusiasm for life will take off.
You were not meant to turn away from frustrations. Rather you were meant to create new pathways for yourself and other toward joy and fulfillment.
So, instead of feeling badly that you feel frustrated, look deeper! There is great joy beyond the frustration!
We walk with you in this journey.
