Words change the course of history and the course of a person's life. Words also dis-empower and crush the spirit of a person.

Notice what words flow from your subconscious into your awareness. Those old words or judgments may have been bestowed upon you by your ancestors through generations. You have the power to release that and take on a new aspect of your own choice.

We ask that you find a word or phrase to focus upon as you go throughout your day/week. Seek for a word that holds inspiration rather than destruction:

  • Sacred Pathway.
  • Divine Timing.
  • Sacred Observer.
  • Bless and be Blessed.
  • New Opportunity.
  • Sacred Surrender (not giving up, just giving up the struggle or striving).
  • Heart's Desire.
  • Sacred Visions.

Seek a word or phrase that generates wellness rather than illness:

  • I'm Improving.
  • Each day is better and better.
  • New Day - New Way.
  • Strength in Grace.
  • Breakthrough.

Can you feel the power of these phrases?

Now you can utilize these phrases to create a safety zone in your awareness. Any words or phrases spoken in judgment that contradict these words/phrases can be dismissed or rejected more easily. If you already have a soft spot for being judged, you may need to be more diligent in speaking your power words to yourself more often.

What happens here is two-fold.

One, you generate a new energy field around yourself which requires you and the world around you to respond to you in a new and different way.

Second, you instantly recognize words/phrases either spoken in your own mind or spoken to you that conflict with your chosen power words. This gives you the freedom and power to reject the energy embedded in the unwanted words or phrases.

Merely restating your power phrase sends energetic waves that disrupt and diminish the negative words/thoughts/phrases that come your way. At the same time, the restating of your power phrase resets your energy field again and re-harmonizes you to the energy you choose to manifest.

Your words hold great power. Use them wisely.
